Nurse Betty BScN (cand): tattoo or not to tattoo

Nurse Betty BScN (cand)

I am a 36 year old mother of 2. I entered university in 2005 for the BScN program but had no idea what a roller coaster ride it would be. My other interests are boating, cottaging, gardening, sitting, doing nothing, vegging and of course hard core belly button contemplating.

tattoo or not to tattoo

I want to get a tattoo, call it midlife crisis if you want but the truth of the matter is that I have wanted one since I was 16 years old and have just been waiting until the feeling went away. Well, I'm 36 (going on 90 as The Husband likes to say) and the feeling hasn't gone away. what do you think of the dragonfly? I am also thinking of a Canadian flag on my calf as I am a hardcore proud Canadian. I need input from someone other than Sister 2.
Let me know, the phone lines are open for the voting to begin

p.s., look who is a REALLY smart Betty for figuring out the image thingamajiggy AND my oven is clean. It has been a semi productive weekend. Too bad essay #1 is only 438 words out of 2000

I like the tattoo. I don't know how I feel about getting one on the calf though...

I always wanted one on my toe, but I heard it is one of the most painful places.

yeouch, on the toe!!! First of all, I am highly ticklish and could NEVER have someone handling my feet even to draw on it them with a gazillion little needles

I am very pro-tattoo but I feel like you I have wanted one for over 5 years I just don't have the nerve to do it. I too hope the feeling will pass. So far no luck.

I want mine on my ankle (actually all the way around but may start with just the inside and continue the pattern all the way around based on how I like it).
