Nurse Betty BScN (cand): Wonder what the poor people are doing

Nurse Betty BScN (cand)

I am a 36 year old mother of 2. I entered university in 2005 for the BScN program but had no idea what a roller coaster ride it would be. My other interests are boating, cottaging, gardening, sitting, doing nothing, vegging and of course hard core belly button contemplating.

Wonder what the poor people are doing

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been posting. The internet service here at the cottage is fragile to say the least, which meant that I wasn't able to check my results for the Bird course 1 and bird course 2 until today. Tell me that wasn't driving me around the bend! I passed them both, nice little boosts for the gpa in fact.
Life here at the cottage has been nice and relaxing. I have spent so much time with The Anchors and The Sisters, it has been wonderful. ALOT of boating and watersports.
The Half-Dead Wonder Dog is doing well, she is liking the slow pace up here, but she has been having a hard time with the heat and she won't go in the water.
I haven't received any e-mails from school telling me when the modules we need to learn will be ready, that is making me nuts because I see this as the perfect opportunity to be doing that rather than the last few weeks of the summer, I like to pace myself rather than cramming it all in last minute. I also haven't heard anything about when schedules are in or which hospital I am doing placement, I swear, a trained monkey could do a better job at running things.
Oh well, gotta go and flip the sister before she gets too crispy on the front.
Take care and I hope you are all getting a bit of summer to enjoy!
;o)

100 degrees in Tennessee!

I don't know if I feel good or bad about reading that other nursing programs are as disorganized as the one I attend.

We were called off our break a week early (yes... in the middle) to start our summer session. Can you beat that?! LOL

Enjoy your time off and congrats on the gpa!
